Nurse Tracy has been a Registered Nurse since 2008, and a Permanent Makeup Artist since 2019. She owns Main Tattoo in Newport, VT and Inked Arches Permanent Makeup in Jacksonville, FL. Both licensed tattoo shops offer cosmetic tattoo services and trainings.

What is Permanent Makeup?
A tattoo technique to help you wakeup with makeup! Sick of washing your face and reapplying the same eyeliner everyday? Tattoo it on every few years instead! This is especially helpful for clients that have reactions to the chemicals in makeup, or have visual difficulties.
